Esther Park || Director of Music

(Email: musicdir@tlcfw.org ) Esther comes from South Korea. She grew up in a devoted Christian family. Her name is not Korean but comes from the Bible. Her father is a retired pastor, and from a young age, she was encouraged to accompany hymns and anthems for small churches that needed a volunteer pianist

Through these experiences, she earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano at a university in Korea and later moved to Germany to continue my studies. In Germany, she earned both her Bachelor’s and a Master of Music degrees, studying piano, vocal accompaniment, and church music in Mainz and Heidelberg. While studying church music, her primary areas were organ performance and choral conducting.

To further expand her repertoire and conducting experience, she moved to the United States to study choral conducting. She expects to complete my doctoral degree at the University of Oklahoma in May of 2026.

Her favorite food is Korean cuisine, such as bulgogi, kimchi, and gimbap, as well as spaghetti and steak. She enjoys painting and spending time looking at landscapes. Her favorite colors are white, green, and blue.

“I strongly believe that God has led me to this church. I desire to serve both my faith and my musical gifts to build meaningful relationships with the congregation and with God.”
